By using our services you automatically accept our terms & policies that may be changes at any time without notification.
SonicFast provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of SonicFast are subject to the following terms of service.
Disclamer
The materials on SonicFast's web site are provided "as is". SonicFast makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, SonicFast does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Billing & Refunds
We accept Paypal, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency payments. In case of any disputes we can offer refunds if the reason is valid, due to the nature of business and service maintenance we don't offer any refunds if 24 hours have passed since the purchase.
We can issue a refund only if the purchased service is not as described.
Bitcoin/other cryptocurrency payments are not eligible for refunds.
Late payments
In case there is a big delay in renewing your service we reserve the right to suspend it, delete it (and delete all data) or terminate it.
Acceptable use Policy
All services provided by SonicFast may be used for lawful purposes only. Examples of unacceptable material include: IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts, Pirated Software, Warez, High-Yield Interest Programs(HYIP), Bank Debentures ,Download sites(Pirated software), BotNets,
Phishing, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, and Prime Banks Programs, muds, rpg's. You will take the full responsibility of the use of your service and in case of terms violation you will not get any refunds.
Shared Hosting: it is not permitted to host websites that are: related to Gambling, Cryptocurrencies, DDOS or related services, porn or offensive or missleading content.
Every service we provide can be suspended, deleted or terminated without any notification at any time.
When ordering a server it's recommended to enter a temporary password since it will be visible to Administrators which will setup your service.
SonicFast administrators do not save or retain customer passwords but it will then be the customer's responsibility to change the password after the installation.
Unlawful Use
The following activities are considered unlawful use for products served on SONICFAST.IO, and therefore are disallowed on any of our services. If any of the following are seen on an account, we reserve the right to close the account without refund. The following, but not limited to, is considered unlawful uses of SONICVPN.ORG. Sending or receiving unsolicited and/or commercial emails, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", or "pyramid schemes"; Exploiting, possessing, producing, receiving, transporting, or distributing any illegal content, including but not limited to any sexually explicit depiction of children; Uploading, possessing, receiving, transporting, or distributing any copyrighted, trademark, or patented content which you do not own or lack written consent or a license from the copyright owner; Forging headers or otherwise manipulating e-mail identifiers in order to mask or mislead the origins of certain content; Interfering with the service to any other user, client, host or network which reduces the quality of service for other clients and users; Using the service to engage in Denial-of-service ("DOS") attacks to any third-parties or to SONICFAST.IO; Accessing data, systems or networks including attempts to probe scan or test for vulnerabilities of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without written consent from the owner of the system or network; Using this service to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm, injury or destruction of property, defames one or more third parties, or promotes any act of cruelty to animals; or Accessing the service to violate any laws at the local, state and federal level in the Canada or the country/territory in which you reside.
Data loss
By using our service you accept the risk that could lose your server data at any time, so you take the full responsibility to make backups and to save your data. SonicFast is not responsible for any data loss of any services.
GDPR
The below data is stored for the mandatory of 7 years in the event of an account audit: (7 year countdown timer starts from when you no longer have any active services and have opted to close your account)

Governing Law
Any claim relating to SonicFast's website shall be governed by the laws of the State of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Cancellation & refunds
SonicFast reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. Any abuse on our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services.
Due to Nature of the hosting business and service maintainance charges we don't offer any Money back / Refunds so all sales are final which are purchased from SonicFast. There are no refunds on Abuse Case Reactivation Fee, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.
Cookies Policy
Access to the SonicFast.io website may result in the sending, by our servers to the user's PC, of so-called "cookies", ie files that allow to obtain information on the pages visited in order to speed up the use of the various services. The use of cookies is limited to the duration of the single session and does not allow in any way the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.
